Judge Adrian Brown was first elected by Multnomah County voters in November 2020, winning a contested judicial race. With over two decades of public service -- as a veteran, a civil rights attorney and now with over five years of judicial experience as the incumbent, Judge Brown has been on the front lines of the justice system and brings unmatched judicial experience to her seat.

Judge Brown is resilient and courageous. She is a mom of a young child with learning disabilities and she is courageously open about her lived experience with a disability. Judge Brown values protecting individuals’ rights and firmly upholds the democratic value of an independent judiciary and the rule of law.

She rules with fairness and justice – demonstrating compassion for individuals, while seeking to keep our communities safe for all to live, work, and play.
